Software Development Engineer responsibilities include producing and implementing our software solutions. You will work with all teams to understand software requirements and take the lead on projects. To be successful in this role, You should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills. If you also have hands-on experience in software development and agile methodologies, we'd like to meet you. As a result, you'll develop the software that will redefine business in the industry and help us grow our customer base.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Develop high-quality software design and architecture
  • Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
  • Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
  • Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies based technology roadmap
  • Identify and troubleshoot problems
  • Ensure all required documentation is done correctly and on a timely basis
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Work on defining and enforcing proper coding/development standards


All items listed are essential for us:

  • Proven work experience as a Software Development Engineer or similar role in creating large scalable applications
  • Extensive experience in software development, scripting and project management
  • Experience using system monitoring tools (e.g. New Relic) and automated testing frameworks
  • Experience with analytics and digital marketing tools/APIs (e.g. GA,FB)
  • Proven experience on full stack technologies (HTML,CSS,JS,SPA,Python,Node JS,PHP,GO,CI,CD,AWS,Hybrid Apps)
  • In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)
  • BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
  • Ability to define and meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, self-development, and life-long-learning
  • Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

In addition, any of these will prove quite valuable

  • Experience in all web and mobile browsers/platforms
  • Solid understanding of mobile native app behaviour
  • Experience in localization optimization
  • Full Stack Technologies Certifications
  • Other relevant certifications
